TOO FUN!!!

Busy bees...

I'm not sure why I have failed to post regularly. I guess it's because I have a very busy toddler who thinks it is great to sit on my lap while I do anything on the computer or at the desk. Her latest favorite is to climb onto the top of the desk, spill the staples and paperclips and ink herself with our return address stamp. Sometimes I wonder how on earth she comes up with these fun things and then I remember, she's just learning...right?!?


We mowed the lawn today and I had these great flashbacks to last spring. I'm still amazed how quickly kids grow up. Here are a few pictures from last year...

I wonder if we could sit her in a tub outside this year...yeah, probably NOT!

Hoppy Easter...

What a difference one year makes. Last year Cooper & McKinley were too little to hunt eggs. This year, Salma & Tess hid eggs for the little ones and Coops & McKinley had a blast finding them. They are growing up too fast!

Dairy Queen!!!....

Can you see it? It was 77 degrees on Monday afternoon!!! The wonderful temperature gage lead us right to Dairy Queen for some ice cream! We had to cool off:)

Hills...

Thank goodness our families have mountain hideaways. We joined Unky, Rachel, Claire, Michelle and her boyfriend Christopher and his two boys at our family cabin on Saturday. Dad, McKinley and I drove our jeep up and enjoyed the warm evening. We oinked out on good food and had a great time just being around our family.

As you can see, Miss Baby is having fun outside too. That poor doll is hideous! I'm not sure if you can see her "pretty" make-up if you click on the picture? She has lovely permanent marker all over her face...

McKinley and I spent the last two nights at Nana & Lan's house. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Terrible Two's...

It's official, we have reached the terrible two's. Unfortunately, McKinley won't be TWO until June. I'm convinced they start early! This past week has been tough. Full of time-outs, spanks and lots of reprimanding:( Hopefully, we'll get our sweet little girl back soon:)

Tyler left today for a 9 day dirt bike trip in Nevada/Utah. He was ecstatic to rough it with the men.

I took these pictures tonight. McKinley found Tyler's I-pod and thought it was really cool. She also loves playing with my sewing stuff. Maybe another quilter on our hands?!?
