Priceless...

What is with kids and dirt? I should have snapped a few "before" shots, but we were laughing too hard...McKinley had dirt ALL over her face, hair, nose, etc. It was so nice outside, I decided to fill up an old wash bin and throw the babes in. She loved it! It was almost 70 degrees out. Who wouldn't love bathing outside in the nude? Randy came over for the afternoon also. It was nice to see our long-lost roomy.

Off to walk with Auntie and Cooper. We are still keeping the kids away from each other...at least they can talk to each other from their joggers. :)

Help, I can't get down...

So McKinley has had the runs for almost a week now. Let me tell you, it is one thing when we as adults have the runs (at least we can sit on the pot!) It is entirely different when you have to wipe the toosh of a baby with poo ALL over the place! I generally don't post about the downsides to motherhood (and fatherhood- although, Tyler still can't stomach a poopy diaper!) but, I have had enough! We have been sick with misc. crap since February! Tyler and I spent the day on the couch yesterday and McKinley slept most of the day.

We better be on the mend! As for the rest of our week, well, we haven't done much at all. And, as you can tell, it is getting to me!

Okay, now for some fun news. Our friends Justin & Becca found out they are having another GIRL in September. We are so excited to meet the next little bundle.

Just a SWINGIN'...

Up, up and away!...

I must say that my husband is talented! McKinley's new swing set is probably the biggest one in town. Dad came over yesterday to help set the top pole. McKinley even got to climb the pole with her Daddy! She loved it up there. We have been trying to get outside when the weather cooperates. We woke up to snow yesterday morning, it turned in to hail at one time, back to snow and so forth. What is with this weather? It was freezing last night! Our house was 62 degrees when we woke up this morning! BURRR!

I went to a Scentsy workshop on Saturday. It was soooo much fun. I will post pictures of my new warmers as soon as I get them.

I almost forgot...Tyler put a seat on the back of my bike for McKinley. She got to ride to Granny's in it on Saturday. Tyler said she liked it a lot. I can't wait to take her on bike rides with me. I get some exercise and she gets to be outside, which she loves. Oh yeah, when I picked McKinley up on Saturday afternoon, Marcus was getting ready to pull a calf. We got to watch the whole thing. It was amazing. The miracle of life:)

Mountain Climber!...

Oh boy!!! Last night Tyler was laying by the coffee table. McKinley crawled right up his leg and onto the table! We couldn't believe it. She has been climbing on EVERYTHING! Guess she will take after her Momma and Daddy:) She also takes steps without realizing it. Once she realizes she has moved she sits on her toosh.

Not much else is new. This week was great. Koleman came over on Tuesday for the day and both boys were here yesterday. McKinley went to their house Wednesday afternoon and had a blast. It is so fun for her to play with other babies and big kids. Tuesday night we went to my friend Jen's for a fun party. There were also a ton of kids there and McKinley loved playing and riding Brey's four wheeler:) Imagine that!

Over the pass, through the woods to Great-Great Grandma's we go...

We spent the weekend at Grandma Gerry's. It was great. We went to the portrait studio by her house and had a 5 generation picture taken. It is pretty amazing that there are 5 generations of women alive. McKinley loved Grandma's tablespoon.

We have ourselves an explorer! She loves to get into everything!!! Yesterday she was sucking Mrs. Butterworth's head (syrup) must have some leftovers:) It was pretty funny!

Tyler came home with McKinley's first helmet. She didn't mind it on her head. It is so cute. Time to get her a little 50- just kidding!

We are going up to Auntie's after lunch. We are finally better, so the kids can play while Stacy & I do a little paperwork and just hang out.

Water Baby...

McKinley LOVES the water...last night we tried the hot tub. She was hilarious. At first, she clung to Tyler for dear life, then she loosened up a bit. Our camera went T.U. so I only got one blurry picture. Her swim suit is soooo stinkin' cute. Can't wait for summer!!!

Oh Boy!...

McKinley loves to climb on everything. It makes me nervous with our hard floors...but I guess, she will learn. This is how I found her a few mornings ago. I missed the shot of her standing up with "no hands" on the bench. Crazy girl!

We haven't been up to much around here. Just trying to get over our colds. McKinley is trying to get a top tooth on top of having a cold. I did go yard-saleing this morning- burrr! Found a ton of good used clothes and a bike seat for the babes:) I know, I know, they are dangerous, but so is everything else in life- I promise we will wear our helmets!

Here are some CUTE pictures taken over Easter weekend when Uncle Miles and Amanda were visiting. We went out to dinner and had a great time with the fam.

Today our entire family was home resting...well at least trying to rest. McKinley has been feeling a little better:) And Tyler is doing better as well. As for me, well, I am still battling a sore throat- but seem on the mend.

Mooooooo...

We went to Jake's family branding this weekend. It was super fun!! Minus the snow of course. What the heck was up with that? Luckily it warmed up enough on Saturday to brand. The calves were also dry- thank goodness, or they would have had a big group of helpers for no reason. I must say- our camper is heavenly! McKinley can crawl all over the place and even takes good naps in our bed (hmmm?) We got home Sunday evening and all woke up with nasty colds- AGAIN! I am going to block off our house and we are going to live in a bubble for a few weeks!
