Good thing this is Tyler's job! I wouldn't survive one day!! We are so proud of our hard working Daddy.

The boys came over yesterday. We had a great day! Koleman and I made cookies while the babies slept. After everyone took afternoon naps we walked up to Granny's to look at the cows. Have a super weekend!

Roughage...

Tyler and I have been doing a few projects outside. It was so nice out today (no "W" word), McKinley and I decided to finish spreading bark on the flower beds. I tried to keep her contained in the play pen. She had other plans and whined the whole time to get out. Soooo...I got her out, she not only put rocks in her mouth, she ate the bark! Gross! She had dirt all over her face. I thought I got a picture or two of her face, but you can't tell how dirty she really is. After our afternoon naps (yes, I took one too) we walked with Auntie and Cooper. It was a good day:)

Family Fun!...

Yesterday afternoon we went for a jeep ride toward the cabin. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the snow that is still up there. We figured we'd jeep right to the cabin...yeah right! We ended up hiking into the cabin- which was great as we needed the exercise. As you can see, McKinley had a great time.

Aloha to Grandpa, Grandma & Auntie:) Bring us home some warm weather! Say Aloha to everyone for us! Wish we were there too!!! Maaa-ha-looow! :)

Old MacDonald had a farm...

EI-EI-O! And on this farm, he had a...dirtbike...EI-EI-O, with a vroom, vromm here and a vroom, vroom there, here a vroom, there a vroom, everywhere a vroom, vroom....

Okay, so we really don't have a farm. But, we do have a lovely pasture out front that needed our attention. McKinley and I harrowed the field today. She loved the steering wheel of the tractor and at times made it quite difficult for me to drive. Thank goodness Granny and Gramps have a big fancy tractor that we can borrow once or twice a year! :) Oh, and McKinley wore her Carhartt coveralls for the occasion:)

Not much is new. McKinley is feeling much better. Not 100% yet, but much better. Tyler has been working in the shop with Garrett all day today. I did manage to run to town this morning for coffee (of course!), the dump, Ranch & Home and Woods. And I hit a few yard sales. Nothing good at the yard sales. A little early for the good stuff:)

Get ready, get set....GO!!!

Tyler's team took 1st place this weekend! Tyler was sooo excited about how well they did, as two of the team members hadn't raced before. He came home late last night. It was nice to have him safe and soundly home.

As for our weekend...Poor McKinley has had this stupid bleeping cold for a week now. She doesn't feel good and isn't sleeping very well. I guess this is why people call babies and kids germ buckets:) It's true! I took her to the doctor this afternoon and she has an ear infection! Now she has to take this nasty antibiotic twice a day for 10 days! It makes her gag. This outta be fun! :(

Off to purex the house...for the 100th time!

Cooper and Stacy were baptised yesterday. It was a wonderful service and Cooper was great. Here is a picture of him holding a gift he received. Isn't he cute?

Boys will be boys!!! Koleman and Hudson came over yesterday. While Hudson was taking a nap I decided to give McKinley a bath. Koleman jumped in too. He thought it was sooo funny to make farting noises with the booger sucker. It was hilarious. How do you not laugh at a 2 1/2 year olds' hysterical laugh?? The kids play so well together. We are so thankful for them!

We are walking this afternoon with Auntie, Cooper, Granny & Joan. Tonight, my brother is taking Tyler and I out to dinner:) Papa is babysitting! :)

Tantrum!!!...

I thought the terrible 2's were quite a-ways-away! Yesterday at lunch I was feeding McKinley some veggies with a fork. She was helping and doing a great job, until it was more fun to play with the fork. So...I took it away. Needless to say, she threw a major fit. The first of many more to come! :) She had some quite time in her high chair while she cooled off:)

Bad hair day!...

Standing all by herself. She used Daddy's leg to help her get up and stood there for a good 15 seconds. Yikes!

The other night McKinley had some wild hair going on...so we put her "Bad Hair Day" shirt on. I don't know if you can fully appreciate the craziness of her hair in the picture. It was hilarious. We are both home today with stuffy noses and a case of the crankies. Poor Tyler! At least he can escape to work:)

Last night McKinley wanted nothing to do with her Momma. She crawled over to the shop door in search of her Daddy. I guess she wanted to play on the jeep:) Silly girl. Her personality is really starting to show lately.

Home from Nana's...

We had a great time at Nana's. McKinley was great and loved spending time at Nana's house. We didn't do too much, just hung out and played. I did manage to go to Costco, Joanne's and Ross. Love those stores! Well, ok, Ross is sort of gross...but they have good deals! We also had McKinley's pictures taken for Easter. THEY ARE DARLING! The pictures I posted show her dress I bought last weekend. Cheers!

Ps. Thanks to our 4 babysitters we had a great time going out to dinner last night with our friends. McKinley is spoiled rotten!
