Our little family had quite the weekend! First, the PUD held their annual Christmas party Friday night. It was great. We had a nice time and enjoyed our outing. Nana watched McKinley for us. We went to bed really late and got up early to make the trek to Cabela's and Great Grandma Gerry's. Cabela's was awesome! There was so many neat mounts of unique animals and "normal" animals as well. McKinley thought the store was way better then the grocery store- she was talking to everyone we passed, it was hilarious. We spent a few hours wondering around. The pictures were quite the chore. The little Doodle bug wouldn't look at Daddy, she liked the big bucks! :) So everytime I would turn her around she would turn her head so she could see the animals. It was pretty funny. Oh and we donated a sock to the store. Great Grandma Gerry lives about 5 minutes from the store- that was a big plus! We also visited Uncle Kenny and the kids and then had dinner with Grandma Sarah, Grandpa David, Uncle Kevin, Uncle Kenny, Aunt Cassie, Teagan, Colton and A.J. It was so nice to see everyone. We drove home last night and slept in this morning. We sure lucked out on sleeping in! We didn't get out of bed until 7:30! Even McKinley:) Tonight we went over to Unky Allan's for his birthday party. My cousin Kirt was able to make it over for the party. It was fun to see him and catch up a little.
